In the course of his career Vince has demonstrated effective Program Management leadership and personnel skills managing high performing technical and support professionals to achieve project goals tied to overall corporate strategies. His ability to articulate corporate level value propositions with high level customer contacts using effective presentation skills has enabled the accomplishment of organizational objectives with minimal risk when business performance is critical to success. Melinda has 25 years of corporate experience as a successful consultant, business coach, author, and professional speaker. In addition to her association with International Marketing Systems, other accomplishments include a rotating columnist for the Baltimore Business Journal and featured business articles in Diversity Inc. Magazine, the Baltimore Business Journal, The Jeffersonian, and North County News. She is currently authoring a series of business books for The Writer's Lair Books . His strengths lie in the ability to apply his technical skills in finding unique solutions to solve product development and product application challenges. He has a proven record of success in this capacity for a broad range of technical disciplines for over 20 years. He has a number of patents in both engineering and radiation physics and has authored more than 20 technical papers. Jeanette M. Higgins, International Trade Specialist Ms. Higgins has worked in the international arena since 1985. She has served in various capacities including Import/Export, International Business Operations, Global Business Management, International Economic Development, International Consulting, International Exchange Programs, International Business Education, and International Trade Promotion She speaks English and Spanish fluently. She also possesses language skills in Portuguese and French. Her educational background includes a Master's degree in International Management from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Languages and Linguistics from Georgetown University. She also holds Certifications from studies at the University of Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, and the University of Madrid in Madrid Spain. In addition to working with IMS Jeanette serves as the Chair of the International Trade Committee of the Howard County Maryland Economic Development Authority, and as an International Trade Specialist in the International Trade Center of the Howard County Maryland Economic Development Authority. Her previous positions include Director of International Business Education at the World Trade Center Institute in Baltimore, MD; International Project Manager, International Market Research Manager, and International Training and Information Officer for RONCO Consulting Corporation in Washington, DC; and Spanish Interpreter and Translator for various organizations in the US and abroad.
