• Established an operational marketing organization and implemented a performance monitoring process using our proprietary forecasting system "Decision Level Management" for an Inc 200 New Jersey system integration company, and identified military and commercial IT contracting opportunities. Delivered a comprehensive Marketing and Implementation Plan.

• Accomplished an extensive market research effort and created a strategic plan for a educational start up company detailing multi year activities and performance tracking to penetrate the US North East region with their commercial product. Delivered a detailed channel of distribution and promotional assessment report.

• Identified and established a trading partnership in Morocco and North Africa for a US based Trade Exporting Company selling RF and Microwave technologies. We provided program management and facilitated a signed contract between the buyer and seller. Participated in identifying contracting opportunities for the seller.

• Performed market research and product analysis determining technical applications having the largest potential market consistent with this technology company's competitiveness. Performed strength/weakness analysis for each identified market segment for transducer technology and estimated the potential size of the commercial market for specific product applications. Our comprehensive report was included in the Commercialization Proposal leading to a phase II DARPA award for this early stage company.

• Managed the development of international channels of distribution for a Maryland based technology company marketing into the global commercial market. Developed International Distributor Agreements and determined anti-piracy strategies.

• Performed an extensive market survey of US DOD and Homeland Security procurement opportunities for a Maryland based technology and manufacturing company and delivered a comprehensive technology assessment and analysis report.

• Engaged by a Maryland Corporation to do product viability and market research in the worldwide bio-adhesive marketplace for a patented biotechnology product. Our report was used to provide technical product direction and served as the basis for an investor profile.

• Performed program management for a Fortune 500 Company installing an Air Traffic Control System in the Middle East. The effort included developing technical specifications and proposal work statements for major subcontractors.

• Managed development of the Management Volume for an Inc 200 company competing for a multiyear contract with the US ARMY. Our effort included describing management tools and systems for monitoring system performance, assessing feasibility of program approach, and integrating a risk assessment process. All these attributes were driven toward enhancing the clients' innovative approach and understanding system-engineering processes.

• Managed and developed the Singapore Electronics Repair Center, a start up company, for Westinghouse Electronic Corporation. Tasks included managing the investment funding for this regional center and monitoring operational performance to ensure business growth.

• Identified potential partners, developed requirements, and established an international distributorship, marketing network and product support organization for a Fortune 500 Company's commercial avionics weather radar.

• Developed specifications, proposals and negotiated contracts with Tunisia, Qatar and Jordan for International Air Traffic Control Systems.

• Managed all aspects of "operational availability" including integrated logistics, supply channel management, training and life cycle support for a USAF "Quick React Team" contract.
